Royal Street Transitional

A 1980's mountain home in Deer Valley, Utah, with lots of pine and berber was badly in need of refreshing.

The new owners had wanted a property here for a few years.  The freestanding house was well used and worn.  Updating was in order.

The property was demolished fully inside.  All new windows were installed to keep out the cold and capture the magnificent views.  New room configurations were created.

The interior is warm and contemporary, with a whimsical nod the the mountain house it had been.  A new office was added, along with a bunk room.......for the girls.  The entire property is nestled in an aspen grove.  As you look outside in midwinter, the warmth of the finishes and the wool window coverings envelope you.
