Capitol Hill Historic

A 100 year old craftsman house in the Marmalade District of Salt Lake City gets an addition and an update.

1500 square feet in the heart of the Capitol Hill Historic District needed more space.

After several years of planning and many meetings with the Salt Lake City planning commission, an additional 750 square feet were added to this lovely old lady.  The roof was raised to add an office, master bedroom, and a luxurious master bathroom.

The main level guest bedrooms were reconfigured into a large, open staircase with a large family room and fireplace open to the kitchen.

Masculine and warm.  With all the charm and squeaks of an old home.
